One of the worst companies to work for. Many of the supervisors / management are part of the good ole boy system. They went to high school together and what not. They do not care about the quality of the work that is done at all, as a matter of fact if they see anyone who does care about the job they are doing, they are quick to put them down. The head grader is often times 20-40% off grade, yet he stays in his position without reprimand. Many of the management members do not even know how to properly write a memo or know how to properly run a company but they are still there because of the "buddy system." This is by far the most corrupt place in existence in the state of georgia and the only direction their company is heading is down in a massive twisting spiral unless they remove all the members in supervisor / lead men positions starting from the top.
